What a panzer weave is

Panzer is made of broad, flat links joined with hinges. The name comes from the German word for armor, after the way the pieces overlap. The articulation lets each link move on its own, so the choker follows the curve of the neck instead of sitting stiff.

Emeralds and their garden

The emeralds Celide works with are Colombian, with a certificate of origin issued on request at an additional cost. Almost all natural emeralds have inclusions, known in jewelry as the "garden": they are not flaws but the trace of how the stone formed and part of its authenticity. Emeralds are commonly oiled, a traditional treatment; any treatment is disclosed before purchase.

Caring for emerald jewelry

Clean it only with lukewarm water, mild soap and a soft cloth. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners and steam, which can damage the stone or alter its treatment.

It comes with its Celide certification: a certificate with images and full stone specifications, or a card with the name of the piece and its carat weight, depending on the piece.
