Diamond huggie hoops with a ruby drop, in 18k white gold.
These huggies are crafted in 18k white gold with a 0.39-carat pear-cut ruby and 1.0mm diamonds totaling 0.13 carats. The ruby hangs below the hoop and swings freely.
