Every creation includes complimentary annual maintenance during the first three years, encompassing: technical inspection, professional steam cleaning, polishing, and buffing. Please note: This service excludes rhodium plating.
Our warranty excludes damage resulting from misuse, accidental impacts, or exposure to chemical substances such as perfumes, creams, alcohol, or harsh cleaning products. These agents can diminish the gold's natural luster and compromise the integrity of the gemstones. Improper care or chemical exposure may void the warranty.
All warranty claims are subject to evaluation by our technical team to assess eligibility according to the nature of the damage.
All our prices are subject to adjustment based on the current Market Representative Rate (TRM) between the Colombian Peso and the US Dollar, as well as fluctuations in the market value of materials such as gold and gemstones.
This policy does not apply to bespoke creations and exclusive custom designs, which are individually quoted and priced upon approval and confirmation. In these cases, the agreed price will be honored, unless the client requests subsequent modifications to the design, materials, or specifications.
Every CELIDE piece is handcrafted to order. The estimated delivery timeframe is a minimum of 20 business days, starting from the confirmation of full payment. No creations will be dispatched until payment is received in full.
Clients may opt to collect their jewelry at our physical showroom by prior appointment, subject to availability. If a third party is collecting the order, they must present written authorization along with an official ID.

For purchases made through our digital channels, clients may exercise their right of withdrawal (Derecho de Retracto) within five (5) business days following product delivery, as established under Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Protection Statute).
Should the received piece present any discrepancy or be incomplete, the client must notify us within two (2) business days following delivery. Beyond this timeframe, exchange requests for these reasons cannot be processed.
If a piece exhibits a manufacturing or structural defect (not attributable to wear, handling, or tear), CELIDE will evaluate the case alongside our specialized technical team. If the exchange is approved, the jewelry will be replaced with a piece of equal value, though not necessarily with identical characteristics, considering the artisanal nature of our creations.
Requests due to loss, accidental damage, or misuse do not qualify for exchanges. In such instances, we offer a repair or replacement service subject to a personalized quote.
